School Participation Process

International School Participation

Please complete and return the enrollment forms (downloadable form below). Also be sure to include with your enrollment form the following materials:

  •  The most current three (3) years of audited financial statements in English and United States dollars
  •  A copy of the letter stating that the school is accredited by a recognized accrediting agency
  •  A copy of the school’s business license
  •  A copy of the Department of Education’s default letter for schools that participate in Federal Education Loan Programs
  •  A school course catalog in English
  •  A list of the school’s Principal Administrator and Directors.
